In August I returned to Ireland from Holland and spent a week in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Brandon Bay, on the Dingle Peninsula. I was invited to help launch an exhibition on August 3 curated by Irish artist and art teacher Deirdre Lynch. It was a great honor for me to speak a few words about the exhibition at the opening reception, along with the Mayor of Kerry, Seamus Fitzgerald. The great Kerry bodhran player and storyteller Frank Maunsell also attended the opening reception. A good time was had by all.
