Dick Waterman 1935-2024

Dick Waterman passed away a few days ago on January 26. Dick was at the heart of Govinda Gallery with his remarkable Blues photographs and stories. I was honored to compile them in our book Between Midnight and Day: The Last Unpublished Blues Archive (Insight Editions, 2004). Dick Waterman’s photographs and stories are a national treasure.
