There is a buzz around Björk at the moment with the release of her new album “Vulnicura” and the recent opening in New York City at the Museum of Modern Art of the exhibition Björk. Chris Richards wrote beautifully in the Washington Post yesterday of Björk’s “magnificent sound” and of her music’s “radical humanity.”
Govinda Gallery featured Ross Halfin’s photograph of Björk in the now legendary exhibition La Revolucion del Rock & Roll at Fototeca de Cuba in Havana. Here are some snapshots from the opening night of that exhibition on May 22, 2002.
