Happy Birthday Alfred Wertheimer!

Today, Al Wertheimer would be 96 years old. It was in 1956 that he took the finest photographs ever taken documenting Elvis Presley.

Happy with the playback during his recording session of “Hound Dog,” Elvis screams with delight and says, “That’s it, we’ve got it!”
